Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Ants account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
